RETURN POLICY
General: When an order is shipped an automated email will be sent with an order number and UPS tracking number. This email will also include instructions for efficiently processing the return. When the return is complete the credit card that was used to initiate the purchase will be credited for the appropriate amount. No returns will be accepted more than 14 days following original shipment.
Defective products: If a product is damaged or defective at delivery, and the product is returned within 14 days, the entire price, together with all freight costs to and from the factory will be refunded.
Custom Embroidery: These are items that are embroidered at time of service; because of this, they can not be returned.
Other Returns: If the product is not returned within 14 days, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges; as well as, a 15% restocking fee.
